#78 - Updating the Logo Picture & Research Updates
Good Morning!
We are finally at the brink of Autumn beginning and I cannot wait. For some reason this year, I have really, really been anticipating autumn. It’s a great time to enjoy cool weather, drink Butterbeer Harry Potter Style, devour anything pumpkin flavored, and put up ornaments to prepare for Halloween and the Fall! Wonderful times indeed! Plus, I finally can get out my Ravenclaw Robes and celebrate my Harry Potter Spirit! It’s just such a wonderful festive time and I couldn’t be more excited. Some of the elements of Fall are excellent for a study environment. Which include:
The weather is more comfortable and in that more agreeable range for both plants and organisms. I like to think of it as California Weather in the 70 range.
There’s a range of beverages and pastries to choose from. Which can be a delight to consume while studying.
The colors and themes bring excitement, intrigue, and awe to common spaces, which is what I always strive for in education. We should be transformed to another world when we go into our study rooms to study.
I would argue that people are more aware of high elite schooling since Harry Potter is regularly played during this time and it reflects a culture of Academic Prestige.
People generally are happier since now that Summer is over and are in a better mood. We study and learn best when we are happy and not stressed.
In terms of writing, I’ll try to continue to post different topics in education that I am researching. I’m just taking a break today and will most likely post something next week for kicks. So why does the Fall bring out such cozy study vibes in people? And what can we learn about this time of the year/particular season that can impact us in positive ways for learning? That’s an interesting question that’s worth pursuing! Also, I’ve updated my logo on my website since I’ll be using that graphic elsewhere on my website. For now, it’s just a shelf of books indicating studying and research.
I’ve got to finish my Pumpkin Chai now!
